Oreco A/S has acquired 50% of the shares of Gazcon A/S (formerly BF-Gascon). The aim of the acquisition is to create synergies between the two companies to obtain a leading position on the world market for nitrogen and oxygen generators.
While Gazcon is known for its high quality and reliable generators, Oreco is a strong brand in environment-friendly and safe process systems for automated oil tank cleaning and oil recovery. |

Therefore, Bjarne Fog, Managing Director of Gazcon, sees the alliance as a win-win situation: "The competences of the two companies match perfectly. Combined, we can offer a marketing platform and access to new applications and in this way further consolidate and develop our position".

The new constellation also opens up for cooperation across marketing activities, quality and safety standards, certifications, etc. The organisational structures and scope of activites in the two companies will remain unchanged.
